The 45th Annual Santa-Cali-Gon Days Festival in Independence, Missouri, commemorates the origin of the Santa Fe, California, and Oregon trails during the country’s great westward expansion by early pioneers. More than 300,000 attendees spend Labor Day weekend at the region’s oldest and largest festival.

Friday, September 1: 12:00 pm – 11:00 pm
Saturday, September 2: 10:00 am – 11:00 pm
Sunday, September 3: 10:00 am – 11:00 pm
Monday, September 4: 10:00 am – 5:00 pm
Historic Independence Square, Independence, Mo 64050. (Osage to Memorial Drive, between Truman and Walnut streets)
All activities (excluding carnival) are FREE.
Restrictions during all hours of and entire festival grounds:
No smoking on festival grounds
No weapons allowed on the festival grounds
No animals allowed on the festival grounds.
No open containers outside of the designated beer garden and wine garden
No cycling, skate boarding, or other recreational transportation allowed on festival grounds.
Sanitary Units – Osage between Lexington and Maple, SW corner of Lynn and Lexington and in parking lot at Truman and Main.
Parking – Kansas & Lynn and Truman Roads. Free handicapped accessible shuttles provided.
