Built in 1852 this magnificent home was once owned by George C. Bingham, famed Civil War Artist who painted Order Number 11. Although extensively renovated in the 1890s, many furnishings and accessories from this era are intact.

Built in 1859, this Federal Style two-story brick house provided a home and office for the county marshal for 74 years. Twelve limestone jail cells adjoin the home, playing a role in Civil War history as well as housing Frank James after his surrender in 1882.
